ModProj Wall Bracket- Step-by-Step Instructions for Mounting Using Screws (Recommended Secure Option)

For the most secure and long-lasting installation, we recommend mounting your ModProj Wall Bracket using screws. This method ensures that your bracket is securely fixed and able to hold heavier items.

Step 1: Prepare the Surface

• Ensure the wall surface is clean and smooth for the best results. It’s recommended to clean the area with isopropyl alcohol to remove dust and debris.

Step 2: Position the Wall Bracket

• Use a level to ensure the Wall Bracket is straight.
• Hold the bracket in place and lightly mark the edge on the wall using a pencil for proper alignment.

Step 3: Insert the Screw Plate

• Insert the screw plate into the slot on the back of the wall bracket so that the ModProj logo is legible from top to bottom.
• *Please note: The Screw Plate will not be visible once the Wall Bracket is mounted to the wall.

Step 4: Drill Holes

• Align the wall bracket with your pencil markings, then use a 1/16” or 3mm drill to create 2 holes through the top and bottom of the bracket (as shown in the images).
• Make sure to drill straight through both the wall bracket and the screw plate for a secure fit.

Step 5: Secure the Bracket

• Insert the screws into the holes and tighten them until the bracket is flush with the wall.
• Ensure both screws are securely fastened and flush with the surface of the Wall Bracket.

Step 6: Final Check

• Confirm that the bracket is firmly attached and can hold weight securely.
